Join us for Kick It By Eliza, a workout that is music-driven, sweat-inducing, and kickboxing-inspired. The class is broken down into 13 specific rounds that lead attendees through choreographed cardio and strength challenges. Halfway through the class you’ll be encouraged to partner up for interactive drills, and class will end with a restorative and meditative round. The session will be led by New Balance ambassador Eliza Shirazi.
